In this episode we speak with Cyndi Dawes, the author of Huddle Academy's newest course, Human-centred facilitation. We discuss Cyndi's intention for creating the course and some 'aha' moments our participants have had along the way.

- Not having to be the expert
- Finding confidence to be at the front of the room
- How to get out of their own way and be in service of the group
- When to name the tensions or blindspots and how to use those as a gateway
for deeper inquiry
- What to do when things don't go to plan...and they never do!
