Carolyn Tate (founder of Slow School) and Melis Senova (founder of Huddle) join us for today’s special edition show. Both Carolyn and Melis have recently published books—The Purpose Project and This Human, respectively. We’re on the show with them to discuss the shadow—the gritty, vulnerable stuff we don’t usually talk about—in writing, creating and putting our stuff into the world. We’re behind the scenes, talking about ideas in the books as well as hearing about their creative process. We hear their perspectives about fear of judgment, the vulnerability of writing, integrity and slips with practicing what you preach, what purpose means and making a living, not a dying, and self responsibility in accessing purpose and designing realities.
