Show Notes
This episode is dedicated to breaking the mould and doing things differently in large organisations. We look at designing strategies in particular and discuss a real-life example of a large organisation who recently chose to develop a strategy in an innovative, responsive and human-centred way. We find out what it means to create a human-centred strategy, how to encourage uptake from execs in the company, and what effects a human-centred approach can have on the strategy and culture of the business. Plus lots more! Our example comes from the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre’s (MCEC) recent strategy project, with project leads Kelly Monger from MCEC and Huddler and strategic designer Jo Taylor in the studio.
