According to studies by the Harvard Business School, success and likeability are positively correlated for men and negatively correlated for women. Currently, of all top-level leadership across the world, 13-20% are women.
Why? And what can we do about it?
Inspired by Facebook’s COO Sheryl Sandberg famous TED talk and book, Lean In, we’re joined by Marina Paronetto (Biz & Female Founders Start Up) and Ben McEwing (Campfire & Carben Creative) to discuss the issues women experience in business and leadership.
We dive into the idea of femininity and masculinity in the workplace, culture and norms, and how to support ourselves and other women into step into our talent, confidence, and presence.
