Human-centred design (HCD) offers incredible opportunities for large organisations. Yet advocating HCD in these contexts can have its challenges. How might we overcome these challenges to create great human-centred outcomes?
In this podcast, Huddlers Jo Taylor and Brenden Carricker share their experiences in large organisations (21 years collectively). From corporate and government contexts, they tell Caitlyn (our host) what drew them to HCD, how they came to apply HCD in their own organisations, what challenges they faced, and how they overcame them.
