We seek to understand and help people in meaningful and powerful ways

We are a bunch of curious humans who are learning and placing ourselves in different shoes again and again. We strive to do good in big or small ways, to be true to ourselves and to grow our personal mastery every day.

Our purpose

To do meaningful work and positively affect humanity.

Our Values

Anything is possible

We view the world and listen with curiosity, open minds, a sense of wonder, and the confidence that even seemingly insurmountable problems do have solutions.

We do good

We are motivated by meaningful opportunities for positively affecting the world— the people, communities, businesses, communities, environment— all who grace this earth. One step at a time.

Courage and Honesty

We don’t shy away from difficult conversations. We are energised by gnarly challenges. We are mindful and generous in all we do.

Can do and Will do

We roll up our sleeves and do what needs to be done. We have a strong sense of responsibility to the people we are in service with.

Deliberate and Elegant

We consider the aesthetic and meaningful beauty of all we do, and mindfully express our insights, designs and ideas to enrich our clients.

Join Us

Become part of the Huddle team, lets create something great, together.

We generally don’t hire for specifically defined roles at Huddle—we prefer to hire people and then shape the role around your capabilities and your potential.

We do have a focus on outcomes and we have a need for some extra people to focus on realising those outcomes. We love solving problems with elegant solutions and we get excited about working with people who embrace change and new ways of thinking.

We are skilled at navigating ambiguity and we trust and value that bumpy process. We switch lenses, ask the right questions and bust assumptions until we hit the spot.

We are willing and we believe in failing forward. This way we remain open to new possibilities and it keeps us motivated and energised by the work we do.

This Human

A book by Melis Senova

This Human—Is a call to arms—for people who are determined to have impact with their work. It describes the human aspect of doing human centred design, and the thinking and being required to take on the biggest challenges facing humanity in order to reimagine a shared reality for all living things on this planet.
