Paul speaks on investment panel: Rethinking your Europe Strategy—Dealing with Change in the EU

On the occasion of the State Visit of Their Majesties The King and Queen of The Netherlands, Paul Fairhead was invited to speak at Investment Holland’s High Level Investment Seminar hosted by the Commissioner of the Netherlands Foreign Investment Agency in conjunction with Ernst & Young and supported by the European Australian Business Council.

Resulting from economic uncertainty in relation to various developments, companies in Europe were facing some serious challenges in 2016. However, Europe remains an economic giant and a global centre of technology, innovation and design.

The European Union is the world’s second largest economy and is expected to grow by $2.3 trillion in the upcoming years. Companies operating globally can hardly afford not to be present in Europe, but they may need to rethink their Europe strategy.

This seminar was opened by the Netherlands’ Minister of Economic Affairs, Mr. Henk Kamp, and presented C-suite executives the opportunity to understand the current economic and political developments in Europe and the role of the Netherlands in the new Europe that is taking shape.

And, Paul got to meet the Dutch Queen. Which was awesome.
